Using our knowledge of local farming systems and network of research colleagues we are able to develop research projects that meet the needs of funding bodies.

Field Trials

We have a range of field equipment that enables us to sow, manage and harvest wheat, barley, canola and winter pulse field experiments.

We have the capability to deliver agronomic and farming systems research, variety evaluation, crop nutrition and plant protection field experiments.

Contract Trials

We work with our research partners to develop and implement field trials to evaluate a range of agricultural products and crop varieties in the Eyre Peninsula environment. We tailor each project to best meet the needs of the partner.

Extension & Communication

We provide the skills to work with growers and advisers to lead thru practice change as a result of the latest research.

We use our knowledge of Eyre Peninsula growers to tailor research outcome messages with the communication of information. We are able to deliver this thru speaking at field days and workshops and thru the creation of written articles targeted to specific audiences.
